All expenses incurred while traveling to and from our location are the responsibility of the applicants. General Directives/Duties

  • Utilizes good business practices and savviness when communicating with internal/external partners and/or vendors relating to but not limited to printers, publishers, and all other related sources to secure bids and/or agreements for all print and production costs of products

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma - associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus, or 2+ years of experience in related field

  • Detail-oriented even when working under pressure and tight timelines
  • Able to manage concurrently multiple timelines, projects, and prioritize efficiently

Media Department

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with tight timelines and prioritize efficiently 
  • Willing and capable to work overtime on an “as needed” basis

  • Able to work in an active environment and maintain focus
  • Must be knowledgeable with editing software, including Adobe Premiere and Audition.
    Experience is a plus but not required with Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, and Lightworks.
  • Well-rounded with knowledge of Television and Online broadcast standards and procedures
  • Committed to continual learning and implementation of current creative methods/styles.

In line with Biblical stewardship, the Customer Service Department is foundational to the success of the ministry and its primary objective is to serve and communicate effectively.

  • Must live a life that exemplifies Christ and Biblical values and attend church regularly

General Directives

Primary objective of the Maintenance Department is to foster and ensure the infrastructure of the Ministry is always in excellent condition. This oversight covers all JSMI/HFCC buildings (and their contents), the grounds, and the overall security of the premises and equipment.

  • Understands and maintains a firm conviction that the personal responsibility of the Maintenance staff is to respect and perform relative duties to further the vision of JSMI/HFCC, its’ President and Vice President maintaining all its infrastructure and equipment needed to fulfill the vision
  • Resolves challenges and obstacles effectively
  • Provides accurate reporting to the Maintenance Manager regarding the status of all assigned projects and tasks

Primary Duties

Assists the Maintenance Manager by performing work in a timely and efficient manner:  

  • Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience and must do the following well
    • Interior and exterior painting
    • Building maintenance including plumbing, light electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and flooring 
    • Manage, maintain, and perform repairs and daily watering to irrigation sprinkler systems
    • Capable to lift and load 100lb items
    • Adapts easily to work outside in various temperature ranges and conditions 
    • Skillful at working from ladders and scaffolding
    • Knowledgeable of proper tools and experience with most power and hand tools
