When you give today, I want to put something in your hands that is going to change the way you pray forever. As my thank you gift to you, I am sending you my audio teaching How To Pray With Power. Click here now ⟩
You can feel it, even if you can’t fully explain it.
There is a weight in the spirit right now, a sense that something is shifting, something bigger than what you can see with your natural eyes.
And the question is not whether God is moving. The question is, will you recognize it and step into it?
We are not approaching a move of God. We are standing inside the beginning of one. Will you rise to meet it?
God is moving and I believe with everything in me that you are called to be in the middle of it.
Something has shifted in the spirit. I felt it before I could explain it. Intercessors around the world are reporting the same thing. There is a sudden urgency, a holy pressure, a sense that the door that has been cracked open is now swinging wide.
I want to take you to a moment in Scripture that I believe is a picture of exactly where we are.
The Prophet Elijah in 1 Kings 18 has just called down fire from heaven. The prophets of Baal have been defeated. The altar is ash. And then after years of drought, Elijah says, "Go up, eat and drink; for there is the sound of abundance of rain" (1 Kings 18:41). The drought is still going. The sky is still bronze. There is not a cloud anywhere. And Elijah says he can hear the rain.
That is faith. Not faith in what you can see, but faith rather in what God has already spoken.
It is a faith that hears the rain before a single drop has ever fallen.
Then Elijah does something remarkable: He goes to the top of Carmel, puts his face between his knees, and he prays. And he sends his servant to look if the storm was forming. Nothing. Pray again. Nothing. He does this seven times!
Seven times, that servant walks to the cliff, strains his eyes over the horizon, and comes back with nothing. And seven times, Elijah sends him back. Because Elijah is not praying based on what he sees; He is praying based on what God has promised.
He is pulling rain out of a cloudless sky with the force of stubborn, relentless, heaven-gripping faith.
On the seventh time, the servant comes back with a report, there's now a cloud the size of a man's hand. That's it, one small cloud but, Elijah does not wait for confirmation. He does not wait for a second cloud or a third. He sends word immediately, "Prepare your chariot, and go down before the rain stops you" (1 Kings 18:44). Elijah knew one cloud from God is enough.
Friend, I am looking at the horizon right now and I am telling you: I see the cloud.
Reports are coming in from every corner of the earth. Spontaneous outpourings in places no one planned. This is the hand of God moving in patterns that anyone with eyes to see can recognize. The latter rain Joel prophesied is not a distant promise anymore. It is forming on the horizon. And it is coming.
But here is what I cannot let you miss. The rain did not come to Elijah automatically. It came because a man pressed his face into the ground and refused to stop praying until heaven answered.
Zechariah 10:1 instructs you to, "Ask the LORD for rain in the time of the latter rain." In the very season when the rain is appointed to fall, God says ask.
Your asking is not a formality. Your asking is part of the mechanism by which the promise arrives on earth. Heaven is waiting for a praying people to pull down what God has already released.
That is you. I believe that is exactly why this letter is in your hands at this precise moment.
Romans 8:11 says, "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you."
The same Spirit, same power, the identical resurrection force that split a sealed tomb open on the third morning…that power lives inside you right now. Not a diluted version of it, not a distant echo of it.
The full measure of it, resident in your spirit, available and active and looking for a yielded vessel to move through.
You are not a spectator to what God is doing. You are a vessel He intends to move through. Your prayers are not small. Your faith is not insignificant.
You are standing at a hinge point in history and heaven has already equipped you for it.
It is time for you to take action.
First, beginning today, I am asking you to pray with Elijah's conviction. Face down, persistent, refusing to accept a cloudless sky as a final answer. Every day this month, spend time in prayer specifically for the outpouring of the Holy Spirit — over your city, your family, your nation, over the nations of the earth.
Do not pray polite, distant, maybe-if-it-is-Your-will prayers. Pray the promise back to God. Tell Him you heard the sound of abundance of rain. Tell Him you will not move from that place until the cloud appears. Pray until something shifts in your spirit. Then pray some more.
Second, stand with this ministry financially as God leads you. Every gift you send is a stake in the ground of revival. It is you declaring, “I am part of this. My resources are going into the earth at the appointed hour.”
When you give today, I want to put something in your hands that is going to change the way you pray forever. As my thank you gift to you, I am sending you my audio teaching How To Pray With Power.
I taught it for believers just like you who are hungry for more and ready to see real results in their prayer life. In this teaching, I am going to show you how to come before God with boldness, how to stand on the Word, and how to pray with the kind of faith that does not flinch when the answer has not shown up yet.
Do not let this season pass you by without the tools to fully step into it. God has too much prepared for you.

Seed sown in a season of outpouring does not return void. It returns with a harvest that will astonish you.
Isaiah 60:1 is ringing in my spirit as I close this letter, "Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you."
Not will come. Has come. The glory is already risen. The only move left is yours, to arise and let it shine through you.
This is your moment. This is the cloud on the horizon. This is the sound of rain. ARISE!
In His love and mine,
Carolyn Savelle

P.S. Do not put this letter down and move on with your day without praying. Right now, before you do anything else, lift your voice and ask God for rain. The cloud is already forming. Your continued prayer of faith may be what heaven has been waiting for.
