Are you believing for something that looks impossible? Is your faith expecting relief, a breakthrough, or for a need to be met that seems to be taking a long time?
It’s pretty safe for me to assume your answer would be YES.
I’ve never met a living person who doesn’t have a need. I don’t know your specific need right now, but I can tell you with confidence how that need will be met!
I really want to stir your faith today. God told me that He is opening a new door for you to be blessed and to experience supernatural increase as never before. Maybe you’re thinking, “How could that happen?”
It can and will happen because God is not limited by government shutdowns, economic turmoil, or pandemics. God is faithful to fulfill His promises!
The psalmist describes God’s faithfulness saying, “I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread” (Psalm 37:25). I can confirm this truth in my own life. God has always taken care of me and my family. God is no respecter of persons, and He will do the same for you!
I know that you already know this but I just want to remind you that God can be depended on. I never know exactly how God will bring the blessing I need, but I am confident that He can and He will! And he has never let me down!
Listen to all the wonderful attributes given to God by His servant David:
Yours, O Lord, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O Lord,and You are exalted as head over all. Both riches and honor come from You, and You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; In Your hand it is to make great and to give strength to all. (1 Chronicles 29:11-12).
That entire passage is so powerful, but I want you to focus on the statement, “Both riches and honor come from You.”
This means that God is the ultimate source of riches and honor!
Don’t take your eyes off of God for a moment. Refuse to be distracted or discouraged by the circumstances around you. God is your source, not the government. God is your source, not the media. God is your source, not your job!
God is your source of riches and honor, and He isn’t withholding anything good from you. In fact, God takes pleasure in the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27).
Moses, leading God’s people out of captivity, encouraged them to “Remember the Lord thy God, for it is He that gives you the power to get wealth…” (Deuteronomy 8:18)
Who gives you this ability? God! It’s part of His covenant commitment to His people.
Look at what Paul said to Timothy:
“Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy” (1 Timothy 6:17).
Do you see that? Once again, the Bible boldly declares that God IS THE ULTIMATE SOURCE! He wants you to be richly blessed with all things. He just asks that you never forget that it comes from Him.
As a warning, don’t ever put riches or wealth ahead of God. Paul also gives us this godly advice, “For the love of money is the root of all evil” (1 Timothy 6:10). The wisdom of Solomon says, “He that trusts in his riches shall fall” (Proverbs 11:28).
Stay humble and let everyone know that if it wasn’t for God, who is my Source, then I wouldn’t have anything!
Whatever your need, whatever breakthrough you’re believing for, God is your source and He is opening a new door to get supernatural increase into your life!
It’s important for you to know there is more at stake than just meeting your need. There is a reason for the riches, a purpose for the prosperity. God wants to bless you, so that He can be a blessing through you.
That’s why you should always be mindful to bless others. Proverbs 28:27 in the Passion translation promises, “You will never go without if you give to the poor.” That’s God’s promise and He never breaks His word!
As you practice giving and sowing into others, God will always see to it that “Wealth and riches will be in [your] house” (Psalm 112:3).
In fact, your faithful generosity to this ministry qualifies you to believe for God to bless and prosper you. When you give and bless others, you break the love of money in your life and keep your focus on God as your source.
The idea of God blessing you with riches and prosperity can shock or seem greedy to some people. That’s why it’s so important to understand God’s purpose for prosperity.
Don’t allow religious thinking to rob you of this wonderful truth. Wealth is not sinful, nor is it wicked – it’s good! Having abundance is not bad – it’s good! God is not the source of bad! He’s the source of good. Amen!

P.S. God has good things in store for you. The psalmist speaking of God said, “You are good and do only good” (Psalm 119:68). Refuse to settle for anything less than the good life God desires for you! Keep your faith strong and your eyes focused on God.
